Lindsay Lohan settles car crash lawsuit
In 2005 Lindsay Lohan was involved in an accident in her Mercedes-Benz with Raymundo Ortega, a busboy who was driving a van at the time the accident occurred. Raymundo Ortega launched a suit against the actress last summer, claiming Lohan had been drinking at the trendy restaurant minutes before she collided with him on Robertson Boulevard in October, 2005.
According to court papers obtained by “Access Hollywood.” Lohan has settled her civil case with a busboy over a 2005 car accident.
Ortega was seeking $200,000 in damages. However, no details of the settlement were included in the court papers.
